1. Definitions & Interpretation

The following terms used in these Terms & Conditions shall have the meanings set out below:

3.2 Password & Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details strictly confidential. You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify the ai99 support team immediately.

3.3 Account Transfer Prohibited

Transferring, selling, or allowing any third party to use your ai99 account is strictly prohibited.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal

The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳300. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.

4.3 Withdrawal Timeframe

Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. However, this time may increase in special circumstances or when verification is required.

4.4 Source of Funds

5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users are eligible for a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. This condition applies to the bonus funds only — not the deposit. Example: receiving a ৳1,000 bonus means a total of ৳20,000 must be wagered before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has a specific validity period, and any unused bonus will be cancelled upon expiry.
• Claiming bonuses across multiple accounts from the same household, device, or IP address is prohibited.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, ai99 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and suspend the account.
• Bonuses are not cash; they cannot be withdrawn unless the specified conditions are met.

5.4 VIP Cashback Program

ai99's VIP program has 5 tiers, with weekly cashback provided at each tier:

• Bronze — Up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — Up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold — Up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum — Up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Diamond — Up to 1.0% weekly cashback

Moving up to higher VIP tiers is possible through regular and active play. Cashback is credited as promotional funds and is subject to applicable terms.

6. Gaming Rules & Fair Play

6.1 Fair Play

ai99 follows a fair play policy. All games on the platform operate using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures the impartiality of outcomes.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Interfering with, hacking, or engaging in any fraudulent activity involving the platform's games or systems.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to operate games.
• Collusion — conspiring with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Bonus abuse or obtaining promotional benefits through multiple accounts.

If such activities are detected, the account will be closed immediately and funds may be forfeited.

6.3 Finality of Game Results

The results of all games completed on the ai99 platform are final. In the case of a technical error, ai99 will investigate and take appropriate action, and the decision will be considered final.

7. Sports Betting Terms

7.1 Acceptance & Cancellation of Bets

ai99 reserves the right to accept or reject any bet. If an event is cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded in accordance with the applicable rules.

7.2 Incorrect Odds

If clearly incorrect odds are displayed, ai99 reserves the right to cancel that bet. In such cases, the original bet amount will be returned to the user's account.

7.3 Event Settlement

For sports betting result settlement, the result announced by the relevant sports authority will be considered final.

8. Account Suspension, Closure & Termination

8.1 Closure at User's Request

You may close your account at any time through the ai99 support team. Any remaining balance must be withdrawn before closure.

8.2 Suspension by ai99

ai99 may immediately suspend or close any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms.
• Fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• Providing false information.
• Suspected money laundering.
• Operating multiple accounts.

In the event of account closure, ai99 reserves the right to hold funds until the investigation is complete.
